What is the Inventory Module?

The Inventory Module helps you track and manage all your products, stock levels, and purchasing operations. It provides real-time visibility into your inventory and helps prevent stockouts.

    Configure categories, units of measure, suppliers, and warehouses.
  2. Create Products

Key Concepts

Units of Measure (UOM)

Products can be tracked in different units:

Units of measure showing base, purchase, and sales units
Different units for different operations
  • Base Unit: The smallest unit you track (e.g., pieces, grams)
  • Purchase Unit: Unit used when buying (e.g., cases, cartons)
  • Sales Unit: Unit used when selling (e.g., each, kg)

Stock Locations

Location Type Description
Warehouse Physical storage location (main store, back stock)
Branch Business location that holds inventory
